We are excited to welcome Jekaterina Molotkova as our new Communications and Marketing Manager. Jekaterina will be in charge of EstBAN’s internal communication, social media and event management as well as bring her fresh ideas to support EstBAN goals and outputs.
Prior to EstBAN, Jekaterina has worked for the leading business newspaper Äripäev, managing a diverse portfolio of internal and external events and collaborating with a broad range of partners and stakeholders. She has also gained experience in communications while managing and overseeing BestMarketing content and production of the website and other social media platforms, also grew audience and implemented media coverage plans.
Jekaterina’s first introduction to the investment scene was in 2018 by organizing Baltic M&A Private and Equity Forum. She was very involved into creating inclusive environment and has developed an excellent reputation among private equity and venture capital funds and investment bankers, gathering 200+ participants. Today, she is exploring startup field and was fascinated by the proactive actions of startups, rapid grow and attitude that the best way of learning about anything is by doing.

My priority for future months is to share angel investments’ best practices by educating more angels, increasing knowledge of what does it mean to be angel investor. As well, as grow the investment readiness of startups via high-quality training and mentoring, and to inspire cross-border investments in high-tech startups by bringing all startup ecosystem’s key players together, ” Jekaterina says.
