EstBAN elected three new board members at the Annual General Meeting

On Thursday, April 27, EstBAN elected three new board members at the Annual General Meeting as the time for three current board members terminated. Robert Laud, Kristi Saare and Jaak Ennuste didn’t set up their candidacy for the second board term and three new board members were elected for the next two years.

As of this April Lauri Antalainen is continuing as a President, Mait Sooaru, Jan Lätt and Martin Gorosko continue for their second year in the board. Jana Budkovskaja, Olga Luštšik and Aleksander Tõnnisson are welcomed as newcomers in the board. The board members are set to serve in the board for 2 consecutive years and half of the the board changes each year to allow new ideas and views to emerge.

Jana, Olga and Aleksander all have belonged to EstBAN at least three years and can now lead their initiatives in order to make our network even stronger. EstBAN everyday office team will continue with Karin Künnapas as a Managing Director, Margret Kanniste as Deal Flow Manager and Annelis Rum as Marketing and Communication Manager.

The AGM agenda also consited of the following items:

Approval of the 2024 financial report
Presentation of the 2025 action plan
Approval of the 2025 membership fees and budget
Approval of the board members

All present members’ votes and power-of-authority mandates were considered and the results of the voting procedure were as follows:

Decision: Aleksander Tõnnisson, Jana Budkovskaja, Olga Luštšik were elected as members of the board.
Decision: to approve the 2024 annual report.
Decision: to approve the 2025 action plan and budget in the amount presented.
Decision: to increase the association’s membership fee to 425 EUR/year for business angel members and to establish an additional entrance fee of 150 EUR for new members and to increase the annual fee for supporting members to 3,500 EUR/year.
