Latitude59, the most anticipated startup event is happening live, and in almost a month! Like last year, EstBAN angels are searching for the most promising and investable startup (or two). Deadline for applications – July 27!
The top 50 most active and promising early-stage startups chosen from the pool of applicants are pitch in the online pre-finals and the top 10 teams will go to the final round to pitch in front of investors at the Latitude59 stage.
The prizes are still as impressive – 10K EUR equity-free cash from L59, the grand prize of up to 200K EUR investment by EstBAN angel syndicate and much more. The syndicate is led by Kristjan Raude and among other angels joining are Ivo Remmelg, Priit Rohumaa and Madis Müür. Recent EstBAN syndicated investments have gone to Fractory, recently named UK’s best tech company at the UK Chambers of Commerce Business Awards, FoodDocs, run by two power-women who raised 300k in seed-round and have now expanded their business to Ukraine and Germany. The most recent addition to the EstBAN syndicate family Jeff App – a Latvian super-team working on a fintech solution that takes “Tinder for loans” to Asian markets.
Who the angels are looking for is an early stage startup with:
- a strong mission;
- a scalable business model with a functioning product with traction/feedback;
- a strong team;
- investment readiness.
